You can attach the deck to an application, send it to a recruiter, or walk through it live during an interview.
Re-record the walkthrough for important applications so it names the company and role. Save each version in one ChatGPT Work or Claude Cowork project, then reuse your strongest proof for similar opportunities.
This does not need to become a giant project. Our walkthrough was two minutes, so personalizing it took almost no extra time. That small bit of effort makes it obvious that you built the proof for this opportunity.
You can also save several workflow videos in the same project. When a new role comes up, paste in the job description and ask ChatGPT or Claude to choose the best example and build a tailored five-slide deck around it.

We used our weekly reporting workflow. Codex pulls data from PostHog and builds the first version of the report. We check the data, improve the presentation, and update the reusable system when something needs to get better.
That one example proves several things at once. It shows that we can connect data to AI, build a repeatable system, review the result, and improve it over time. It is much stronger than saying, “I know how to prompt ChatGPT.”
Use Loom to record your screen and face. Walk through the workflow, but spend most of your time explaining how you think.

The third point is the big one. Companies want to see more than an AI output. They want to know where you check its work, how you make decisions, and how you keep the workflow useful.

Pro tip: Loom has some light editing and AI features, but the goal is to record this in one take without wasting time on edits.
Watch the walkthrough once when you finish. Make sure the audio works, the workflow is easy to follow, and the link is set so the recruiter can open it. Then copy the Loom link and transcript.

The deck should make the workflow easy to understand before someone watches the full video. It should also make your judgment visible. In our example, one slide says what AI handles and what we handle. Another connects the workflow to the skills the job needs.
Check every slide before you share it. We tested this with ChatGPT, and the first generated version had visible layout errors. Fix anything that is hard to read, then open the shared deck and test the Loom link yourself.
Google Slides works well when you want to present the deck live. A PDF also works if the Loom thumbnail links out to Loom. You can even build the same idea in Notion by adding each slide as an image and embedding the Loom directly.
