Automating a daily AI news newsletter for India's tech ecosystem with n8n and Claude

I built Mailr, a newsletter that condenses the day's AI news into a 3-minute read for India's tech ecosystem. Almost all of it runs automatically, so I only step in for a few finishing touches. You can see it at mailr.tech. How the workflow runs: 1. An n8n cloud workflow reads RSS feeds from the major online publications in India. 2. It scores each story using a weighting based on the source and a set of predefined keywords. I keep those keywords in a Google Sheet so I can edit them anytime. 3. Claude, which powers the backend, picks the 4 best stories of the day: 1 global and 3 from India. 4. It adds weekly sections such as Read of the Week and Indian Founder of the Day. 5. The workflow builds the email in my predefined template. 6. It sends the email to Kit through an API call. The only manual steps I do are adding the subject line, editing the intro, and adding images. The result is a 3x weekly, AI-curated and human-edited newsletter that takes about 3 minutes to read.
