Community guidelines

Show your work. Be honest. Be kind. Everything else below is detail.

  1. 01

    Share real work

Post workflows you actually run and questions you actually have. A rough-but-real setup beats a polished concept every time — this community exists to show what working with AI genuinely looks like.

  2. 02

Show the how, not just the wow

Include the tools, the steps, and the prompts that matter. A result without the recipe is a screenshot — give the next person enough to rebuild it.

  3. 03

    Be honest about results

Real numbers beat hype. If it saves you three hours a week, say three — not thirty. Mention what it cost to build, where it breaks, and what you would do differently. Honest caveats are what make this feed trustworthy.

  4. 04

    Critique workflows, not people

Disagree with the approach, question the numbers, suggest a better tool — that is the point. Personal attacks, pile-ons, and bad-faith dunks are not. Assume the poster is here to learn, because they are.

  5. 05

    No spam or drive-by promotion

Mentioning your own product is fine when it is genuinely part of the workflow — as a drive-by pitch it is not. No affiliate links, no engagement bait, no reposting the same content across the feed.

  6. 06

    Disclose your affiliations

If you work for, advise, or are paid by a tool you are posting about, say so in the post. Nothing wrong with being invested in what you share — everything wrong with hiding it.

  7. 07

    Protect data and secrets

Blur or remove API keys, credentials, customer data, and anything internal before you post screenshots or recordings. Only share prompts, documents, and workflows you have the right to share.

  8. 08

    Keep it safe and legal

No workflows for scraping private data, mass-messaging people who did not opt in, evading a platform’s terms of service, or anything else you would not want attributed to you in public.

How these are enforced

Posts and comments that break these guidelines get removed. Repeat or serious violations — spam, harassment, leaking private data — can mean losing posting privileges or your account. If something looks off, use the Report action on the post or comment and the Rundown team will take a look.
