Build a Real Estate Lead-Qualification Funnel with Awish.ai

Today, I wanted to see how far an AI agent could go if I gave it a real business instead of a predefined automation. I entered binayah.com into Awish.ai. Binayah is a real estate company, and instead of telling Awish.ai exactly what workflow to build, I asked it to analyze the business first and find an automation opportunity. It suggested a customer acquisition funnel, which I reviewed and approved. Around 10 minutes later, the automation was ready. Step-by-step: 1. I entered binayah.com into Awish.ai. 2. Awish.ai agents analyzed the website and how the business operates. 3. Awish.ai identified customer acquisition as an area that could be automated. 4. It suggested a funnel designed to capture and qualify potential leads. 5. I reviewed the suggestion and approved it. 6. Awish.ai created the workflow and connected the required steps. 7. The funnel was ready to use in around 10 minutes. What I find most interesting is that I didn’t start by designing a workflow. The system first understood the business, found an opportunity, suggested what should be automated, and built it only after I approved. That feels much closer to having an automation consultant inside the product than using a traditional workflow builder.

Build a Compliant E-Commerce Platform for Smoke Shops

I built Smoke App, an e-commerce platform specifically for smoke shops, vape retailers, and cigar lounges. Most platforms, including Shopify and food-delivery apps such as DoorDash and Uber Eats, don't support tobacco and vape sales, leaving retailers in this space without a real online ordering option. Smoke App gives retailers a 24/7 storefront with online ordering, delivery scheduling, and loyalty programs. It also handles the compliance and fraud risks that make this category difficult to build for. On the B2B side, distributors and brands can connect directly with verified retailers for bulk ordering and consistent brand assets across locations. Smoke App runs on WordPress, with a custom theme managing the storefront, merchant onboarding, and retailer portal. The backend runs on PHP. The hardest part wasn't building the storefront; it was working around the category's compliance and payment constraints. We built age verification, fraud detection through "Fraud Shield," and chargeback dispute handling into the platform from day one, since standard payment processors generally won't support tobacco and vape merchants. Step-by-step: 1. I designed an e-commerce platform specifically for smoke shops, vape retailers, and cigar lounges. 2. I built the platform on WordPress, using a custom theme for the storefront, merchant onboarding, and retailer portal. 3. I implemented the backend in PHP. 4. I built age verification, "Fraud Shield" fraud detection, and chargeback dispute handling into the platform from day one to address the compliance and payment constraints of tobacco and vape sales. 5. I added online ordering, delivery scheduling, and loyalty programs to give retailers a 24/7 storefront. 6. I built a B2B side that connects distributors and brands with verified retailers for bulk ordering and consistent brand assets across locations.
