AltRadar is a site intelligence tool for industrial real estate in New England. It helps site selectors, brokers, and energy developers screen parcels against criteria that typically require days of manual research, including grid interconnection, distance to substations, logistics access, minimum parcel size, and wetland exclusions. Users set their criteria, view matching sites on a live map, and export a deal pipeline instead of managing spreadsheets and GIS files from multiple sources. I built AltRadar with Lovable and used AI-assisted development to move from concept to a working app quickly. The frontend uses React with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, while Supabase handles authentication, data storage, and pipeline exports. The core challenge was combining fragmented data sources—including grid transmission footprints, parcel records, and logistics layers—into one map-based interface. The result is a tool that lets nontechnical users, such as brokers and developers, filter and screen sites without needing to use traditional GIS software. Step-by-step: 1.
