Medicine Prescription Management: Refill Alerts, Cost and Usage Tracking

I use this workflow to manage prescriptions for at least two people, so refills are tracked and nobody is caught off guard. It works for anyone who needs one place to see what is due, what things cost, and where the records don't match. 1. Maintain prescriptions for at least two individuals. 2. Keep each prescription organized by the date it was refilled and the quantity. 3. Track each prescription for a refill 5 days before its refill date. 4. Notify the individual when a prescription is 5 days before its refill date. 5. Track the cost of each prescription, the refills remaining, and prescription usage. 6. Highlight any discrepancies in the records. What it produces: advance refill notices five days ahead of each refill date, plus running records of cost, refills remaining, and usage, with discrepancies flagged.
