I listed the apartment developments I was considering and the roughly two-year purchase horizon. 2. I asked ChatGPT Deep Research to compare the purchase cost of the options. 3. I had it research the quality of the appliances and materials each builder was using. 4. I asked it to chart the overall cost so the differences were easier to see. 5. I used the combined research and visuals to compare projects on more than the advertised price.
