Build and verify AI-assisted digital trading organisms
I’m an independent founder based in Vietnam, building Kryonom around a question: what would a capital farm look like if its productive units were digital organisms? I call these units “capital organisms”: software systems designed to operate within a defined mandate, with a trading strategy, risk boundaries, an operating history, and explicit conditions for stopping. The aim is to cultivate and supervise these systems over time, measure their behavior, and improve them through evidence. Each client’s funds remain in their own exchange account, with software access restricted through API permissions. My role is to define what an organism may do, what it must never do, and what evidence is required before allowing it to progress. To build Kryonom, I use ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex in a repeatable development workflow. Agreement between assistants is not enough; their conclusions must be verified through testing and evidence. Step-by-step: 1. I define the organism’s purpose, operating environment, permissions, and risk limits in a written brief. 2. I use ChatGPT to challenge the assumptions and break the architecture into small milestones with clear acceptance criteria. 3. I give Claude or Codex a bounded implementation task, including the relevant files and requirements. 4. I pass the implementation to another assistant for critical review, asking where it could violate its mandate, fail silently, or behave unexpectedly. 5. I run tests, inspect the evidence, correct failures, and repeat the process. 6. I preserve decisions, unresolved issues, and the next task in a handover record so the project can continue across sessions. Kryonom is under development. I share demonstrations and progress publicly on Telegram while documenting the system’s evolution. The broader idea is a founder-directed workshop where different assistants contribute to building, challenging, and testing a complex product. Others can reproduce the method by defining one small system, giving it clear boundaries, and verifying each development milestone.
