We built NexTek Global as a B2B SaaS platform for automating practical business workflows. It brings together procurement automation, e-invoicing, enterprise AI governance, and business-system integrations. Our goal was to replace manual processes involving spreadsheets, emails, approvals, and disconnected systems with structured digital workflows. For example, the procurement solution helps businesses manage purchase requests, RFQs, supplier comparisons, approvals, and purchase orders in one workflow. We started by mapping real business processes and identifying repetitive steps that could be automated. We then designed role-based workflows, approval processes, dashboards, reporting, and integration points that could work alongside existing ERP and business systems. The key lesson has been to build around actual business problems rather than adding technology for its own sake. Step-by-step: 1.
