I lead Integrated Mission Systems at Aurex Defense, a PE-backed aerospace and defense contractor, with P&L responsibility across five operating units covering space, intelligence, communications, mission support and production, and mission analysis and engineering. I also own platform engineering and software development for cross-unit standardization, so my week splits between program execution, partnerships, and the operating discipline it takes to run cost-plus and fixed-price work side by side.
My AI work is applied and unglamorous by design. I built and run an executive debrief pipeline that takes raw meeting transcripts through Claude Code/ChatGPT and Obsidian into verified summaries, extracted action items, cross-meeting reconciliation, and a nightly leadership debrief, with a second-pass verifier grading every summary against its transcript. Alongside it, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate handle finance dashboards, forecast watch, and skills tracking. The lessons I care most about are operational: artifact-first success checks, fail-closed gates that name what they withheld, and cross-model review before anything ships.
