* Cloud: extensive experience in cloud-first design
* Engineering: built the team, brought in DORA metrics to measure team performance
* AI: designed a Police proof of concept that cut a five-hour process to about 30 minutes; leveraging AI & automation for multiple client engagements
Now I build governed AI that does document-heavy work in an organisation's own cloud. It's built by agent loops I designed: plans first, tests and code by separate agents, an independent reviewer on every change.
