About Melanie Moeller

Founder of GenFutures Lab

Melanie Moeller is the founder of GenFutures Lab and an AI strategy and adoption consultant with 15 years of experience helping organizations move from AI experimentation to practical, scalable implementation. She has held senior roles at Sky, part of Comcast, where she led technology innovation and AI pilots and contributed to early iterations of Sky's streaming TV products, and at the BBC, where she worked on large-scale real-time data services and emerging technologies. Her recent work includes leading a 300-person AI adoption program, delivering a generative AI program at BPP University that reduced exam authoring time by 75%, and facilitating executive AI sessions for organizations including IAG Loyalty. Alongside her consulting work, Melanie has a strong track record in AI training and upskilling, including a successful AI for Marketing course on Maven. She is also a regular speaker at global marketing conferences, including the annual Generative AI for Marketing Summit in London.
