Homework 1: Build Your CTO Project
- Open a new Claude or ChatGPT Project
- Use the Multiple Choice Interview Method — say: "Interview me one question at a time so you can write my custom CTO instructions in well-structured markdown. Don't write it until I say go."
- Answer the questions out loud using dictation
- Save the output as a markdown file and add it to your Project
Homework 2: Create Your PRD
- Gather inspiration — screenshots, color schemes, mockups, API docs (use Mark Snip to grab pages as markdown)
- Inside your CTO Project, say: "Interview me one question at a time so you can write a PRD. Don't start writing until I say go."
- Download the finished PRD as a markdown file
- Save any mockup artifacts as HTML files
Homework 3: Drop Your PRD Into a Free Builder
- Take your finished PRD (+ mockup HTML if you have it)
- Drop it into one or more free-trial tools — Lovable, Replit, or Vercel
- Let it plan first — don't skip straight to build
