Create an automated newsletter with Flowith

STEP 1: Activate Agent Mode and Give Your Prompt

First, head to the Flowith dashboard. To unlock its full potential, you'll want to toggle on **Agent Mode**. This gives the AI enhanced capabilities to handle complex, multi-step projects.

Next, you’ll give your agent a detailed prompt. Be as specific as possible. In the video, the user provides a comprehensive task for creating a daily newsletter for a high-end company retreat business. You can write a similar prompt for your own project, like this:

"I own a high-end company retreat business... I would like to create a 500 word daily newsletter using a new edgy brand... You should research new ideas for company retreats everyday at 10am and complete the daily newsletter. Make it fun, casual and entertaining."

After entering your prompt, click Start.

STEP 2: Let the Agent Plan Your Workflow

Once you press start, Flowith’s Agent Neo doesn't just give you an answer; it creates a plan. You'll see a new canvas appear where the AI lays out a step-by-step workflow. On the left side of your screen, you can see the entire to-do list it has generated to complete your task.

This plan includes all the necessary steps, from creating brand concepts to researching content, generating images, and even scheduling the task to run daily. This is where Flowith differs from a simple chatbot—it strategizes and outlines a complete project before executing it.

STEP 3: Interact with the Agent and See It Work in Parallel

A unique feature of Flowith is its "user in the loop" capability. The agent may pause its workflow to ask you for input. For example, it might generate three different brand concepts and ask you to choose which one you prefer before proceeding. Simply type your choice (e.g., "Concept A") to continue.

After you provide input, you'll see one of Flowith's most powerful features in action. The agent will "spawn" multiple new agents that work in parallel to research different aspects of your topic simultaneously. You can zoom out on the canvas to see all these agents thinking and gathering information at the same time, which drastically speeds up the research process.

STEP 4: Generate a Stunning Header Image

As part of the workflow, the agent will move on to creating visuals for your newsletter. Based on the brand concept you chose, it will generate a unique and visually stunning header image that captures the essence of your brand.

In the video, the agent creates an image of a sports car drifting on a frozen lake under the northern lights for the brand "The Unlisted." The AI generates both the image and a descriptive caption, which it will later assemble with the text.

STEP 5: Assemble and Automate Your Newsletter

Finally, the agent will take all the researched text and the newly created header image and assemble them into a polished, final newsletter. It will generate a full webpage that you can view, edit, or download.

The most crucial step is the last one: automation. 

As requested in the initial prompt, the agent will create a "Scheduled Task". This ensures that the entire process—from researching new ideas to creating the content—will run automatically every day.
